Aquabuses will start running on the Neva from 29th of May. There will be 4 routes ,Kurortnaya, Tzentralnaya, Nevskaya and Primorskaya. Route to Kronshtadt will be open in June.

May 1st, 2012 - Spring and Labor Celebration

Today we celebrate Spring and Labor Day.  In  Russia the holiday was celebrated for the first time on May 1st, 1890 as the International Workers' Solidarity Day. In 1997 it received its current name.

April 27th, 2012 - Amended rules at airports

According to the amended rules governing pre and post-flight inspections for tourists visiting Russia, tourists will no longer have to take off their shoes for inspection, the Ministry for Transportation informed. (The amendment concerns shoes with heels height of less than 2,5 cm and with soles of less than 1 cm).
